Hi! I am Jacqueline, founder of Opal Beauty. Born in Puerto Rico, and attended cosmetology school in the DC area. For the past 15 years, I have been working to master my own color techniques while specializing on brunettes, my favorite canvas to work with. I have pursued education with global brands like Redken, Wella, Oribe, and Bumble and Bumble. I have also trained in specific techniques of cutting, styling, color placement and many more. While working in corporate and private salons has enriched my personal growth and professional career, I realized I wanted to offer my clients a unique, relaxing, and exclusive experience. With my drive to become a business owner combined with my desire to create a luxurious space and bring out the confidence, boldness, and fierceness every woman embodies—-Opal Beauty was born! My expertise includes both balayage and foilayage techniques, transforming my client’s hair into that sought-after "sun-kissed" look. I am passionate about giving you a unique and personalized experience. Please contact Jacqueline or cancel appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If failed to do so, a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation after 48 hours will be charged.
